It is likely that nobody will ever read these blog posts, however they are a necessary component for Google to view. Here are a few tips on how to write the perfect blog post for SEO…

• Don’t use black hat techniques such as keyword stuffing or rewriting other posts in your own words. Keyword stuffing is the process of adding as many keywords as possible into a single blog post, however this can have a website penalised. Rewriting existing posts can also be dangerous as Google may not class it as original content. By all means, however, take inspiration from them.

• Make sure your chosen keyword fits into your blog post seamlessly. Your keyword does not want to seem forced into the content as it risks Google not classing it as original content and as we know, content is king when it comes to SEO.

• Make your content relevant. It may be difficult to find topics relating to a topic every week, however as long as it is relevant, Google will accept it. There is no point writing about a topic completely unrelated to your keyword and adding a very vague or completely unrelated link at the end of your blog post with your keyword slotted in. It won’t make sense and is unlikely to draw any traffic.
